Perhaps the best thing about David Cronenberg’s The Fly is that it truly instills fear and imagination, going beyond what’s on screen and making our mind race with primal unease. That’s best seen through Brendon Flynn’s latest print Fusion, which is inspired by the film. I like that Flynn has incorporated elements from the iconic Brundlefly, but turned it into something original, which, if you know his work, is where he shines.
